The 2005 vintage for Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc has produced a wine full of varietal expression. Tropical passionfruit and mango aromas combine with gooseberry, lime and mineral notes on the palate. This is Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc at its finest with zesty, fragrant aromas and a refreshing, lengthy palate.
Renowned Wine Writer Bob Campbell MW describes the wine as “moderately concentrated with weight and herbal flavours that fall into the riper end of the spectrum – lemongrass and red capsicum. Vibrant, high-toned sauvignon blanc in a strongly varietal style”.
