This is the third ever Highfield Botrytised Riesling. Each bottle is personally signed and individually numbered by Winemaker, Alistair Soper. The cool and dry end to the 2003 season produced perfect conditions for a dry botrytis on the super sweet grapes. The wine shows opulent Botrytis characters of honey and apricot. This sensational sticky has incredibly sweet and luscious texture, which slips down like silk and promises to be perfect wit whom ever you choose to share it. Stock are very low so we ask you to limit purchases to two bottles. We advise placing your order now to avoid missing out on this truly unique wine.
"Luscious honeyed wine showing plenty of botrytis character with subtle varietal flavours underneath. A very sweet, almost decadent, style with some caramelised flavours beginning to emerge" Bob Campbell MW, Gourmet Traveller WINE
