With restricted yields these grapes were carefully selected, resulting in a finely textured wine of exceptional quality. Made in an expressive fruit driven style and stop fermented, the medium residual sweetness is finely balanced with citrus.
Colour: Light straw.
Aroma: White peach and orange blossom combine with aromas of dried apricot and nectarine. Hints of flint and honey also come through.
Palate: Luscious and fresh with excellent intensity of vibrant peach, citrus an spicy flavours. A hint of sherbet with a full, harmonious and lingering finish.

Residual sugar: 23.5g/l

Drinking well now and will develop nicely into 2018.
