Highfield Functions

Highfield is a unique and exclusive boutique winery catering for small and intimate groups ideally between 30 - 50 people. Up to 100 people can be catered for in a casual buffet style. It is also possible to marquee the patio, which would increase the size of the winery to cater for 80 people seated. With any additions of Marquees or extra facilities we can quote approximate costs.

As we have several small dining areas we encourage a casual buffet atmosphere whereby people can move, mingle and take advantage of our spectacular views from our tower, or just enjoy the expanse of vineyards below from our patio

Private Functions

We are open every day from 10.00 am – 5.00 pm and charge a venue fee of $500.00 per hour if we close to the public during that time. Any function extending beyond 11.30 pm will incur an additional hourly surcharge of 150.00.

 
As we are a winery we sell solely from our selection of wines both reds and whites, noting our distinguished Elstree Cuvee Brut. We will be only too happy to cater for other beverages such as beer, port, and non-alcoholic drinks of your choice.
Catering We can supply a basic menu guideline as a starting point but welcome individual ideas and are always happy to discuss further options.
Music Will be the responsibility of the client although a C.D player and tape deck are available. We can arrange the hire of a jukebox or help to arrange live music if required. We ask that if a group has been hired that they make arrangements to view the facility prior to the function and discuss their requirements.
Cake We are happy to arrange this for you, but you are able to make private arrangements for yourself.
Flowers To be discussed with the function manager and can be provided at extra cost.
Accommodation We also offer a luxury one-bedroom apartment, for guests at a separate cost, with stunning views.
Payment Menu and numbers must be confirmed 1 week prior to the function date. A deposit of 10% of the final charge will be given and deducted from the account. After the deposit any change of numbers will be the financial responsibility of the client.
