David has been with Highfield since 1998. Responsible for getting the right people into the company and managing the big picture of Highfield, David has now stepped back from the day to day running of Highfield.

With a business management consultant history, (MBA) and a keen sense of propriety, David has been an essential part of Highfield's success and continues to hold a special place on the board.
