Rosa Tate – Hospitality manager
Rosa settled with her husband, Bob, in New Zealand having arrived here from the UK on a working holiday visa in 2002. They never left! Over 20 years of hospitality experience means Rosa keeps the cellar door, restaurant and staff running with a high level of efficiency and professionalism. She ensures all guests to Highfield have an unforgettable experience. With her own private vineyard and two children to keep her busy as well, our Rosa doesn't touch the ground!

Amanda Nelson – Cellar door supervisor
Originally from New Zealand's North Island, Amanda moved to Kaikoura with her family in 2003. Since then she has worked in the wine industry, starting at Highfield in 2008. She has completed her Modern Apprenticeship in Tourism and Travel and currently studies Business Management in her spare time.

Seb Bouchut – Cellar door host
Originally from France, born in Feurs, Seb's family immigrated to Rotorua when he was seven years old. A background in construction, Seb has travelled New Zealand with his work. Recently he returned to France and developed a keen interest in all things wine. From there he decided to follow his passion by studying viticulture and winemaking full time at NMIT.
